1.To ask the Minister for Community, Youth and Sports in view that $61 million was disbursed to 61,500 beneficiaries through the National ComCare Schemes in 2010, how much did each beneficiary get each month.

4.To ask the Minister for Environment and Water in view of the six reported cases of bodies taken out of reservoirs, notably four in the last four months (a) what other measures will PUB adopt other than the usual beefing up of security and putting up warning signs around the reservoirs to prevent future occurrences of such incidents; and (b) whether the Ministry will set up a committee to look into the impact on the quality of water and the psychological effects of these incidents.

41. Mrs Lina Chiam: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs (a) from 2009 to 2011, how many suicides were committed by foreigners and Singaporeans in Singapore; and (b) what are the probable causes of suicides among the foreigners.

Mrs Lina Chiam: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Manpower what is the breakdown of the percentage split between the number of local and foreign workers from 2009-2011 for the (i) chemical industry (ii) marine engineering industry (iii) offshore engineering industry (iv) aerospace engineering industry (v) manufacturing industry and (vi) the financial sector.

45. Mrs Lina Chiam: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs whether he will provide a breakdown of arrests and detentions made under the Internal Security Act from 1959 to 1990, according to the type of offence.

59. Mrs Lina Chiam: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs why has the number of non-residents and permanent residents increased by 80,400 in 2011 (till June) compared to 59,100 in 2010 despite repeated assurances that the inflow of foreigners into Singapore will be curtailed.

102. Mrs Lina Chiam: To ask the Minister for National Development whether HDB will consider renting or subleasing HDB shophouses to the Singapore People’s Party for its headquarters and, if not, what are the reasons.

103. Mrs Lina Chiam: To ask the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources (a) what is the total cost for the renovation and upgrading of the market and food centre at Blk 210 Toa Payoh Lorong 8; (b) before and after the renovation, whether the Ministry had received any feedback and complaints from the local residents on the newly upgraded market and food centre; and (c) if so, what are the feedback and complaints.

105. Mrs Lina Chiam: To ask the Minister for Health (a) whether there are sufficient programmes in place to promote dental care; and (b) what dental procedures are subsidised at the National Dental Centre and what procedures are not.

106. Mrs Lina Chiam: To ask the Minister of Trade and Industry, in light of a 2010 EDB report which stated that 21, 300 skilled jobs were created in Singapore, whether the Ministry will provide the breakdown of the number of locals and foreigners in the 21,300 skilled Jobs
