I have known Desmond Lim (38 years) for 8 years. He is a loyal active party member. He currently holds the post of Assistant Secretary-General in the Party, he is reliable person and is indefatigable in working  for the party. He is a hands-on man and gets things done promptly for the party. Desmond single-handedly is organizing the Election Campaign for the party.
